• By posting, you grant Chatfrd.com a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, modify, and distribute it to operate and improve the platform.
• Do not upload content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other rights.
• We may remove content that violates these terms without prior notice.

Your privacy matters. All personal and location data is handled per our Privacy Policy. Using Chatfrd.com constitutes consent to data collection and use as described.

5. Location Services

Chatfrd.com uses your location (with permission) to provide features like discovering nearby businesses and services. Your precise location is never shared publicly beyond your chosen visibility settings.

6. Termination & Account Deletion

• Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations.
• Users can delete their accounts permanently via profile settings.
• Deleted data is removed according to our Privacy Policy.

9. Refund & Payment Policy

Please note that we do not offer any refund policy when you make a payment for a subscription. All sales are final, and all payments are non-refundable.
